PCC User Research Study

User Research Project

A group of four of us collaborated on a project to re-design the information architecture of the PCC Natural Market website. This was a course project that focused on User Research methods to build a more fluid user interaction with the site.

The scope of the project was to catalogue the current information architecture, analyze the interaction design, conduct research with a focus group, and return with suggestions the help improve user experience.

Our methods and findings can be found in the our final report, including a recorded session of a participant study.

About Me

Who am I...?

Myself, I’m a native north-westerner who has made Seattle my home for the past ten years. If I’m not building websites, you can find me somewhere outside or perhaps wedding planning as of late.

I’ve received a broad foundation for web design at Seattle Central College. My current ambition is to build solid, efficient coding practices. Further, there is an increasingly important focus on user research including sound logic of information architecture and interaction design.

But enough about me, how can I help you?
